With the game fast approaching, the Panthers have a lot of pressure to win the
September 18th game. With the first win of the streak won by the class of 2018, the class of '22 has
been training hard every week to uphold the Regina tradition and keep the trophy at home. The powderpuff
tradition is one passed down from senior class to senior class. Not only is it an important event for the senior
class, it reaches all members of the Regina community - past, present, and future students alike. Class of 2021
alumna Elena Zakolski says The excitement and the rush of powderpuff is a once in a lifetime experience,
and I wish the best for the Panthers to get that 5-peat and to beat Marian!
Led by Head Coach Bill Madek, the Panthers started practice on August 26 with nothing but their wits and their hunger for victory. With a team of fantasic coaches, the girls have been working hard to learn the plays and get in good shape, growing closer as a team in the process. Powderpuff isn't just about the game, it also helps to being the class together. This unique experience will allow them to grow closer as sisters, and will leave a lasting impact on them when their time at Regina comes to an end.
